Young’s innings of 51 runs came off 100 balls, making him the second-to-last wicket to fall as New Zealand was bowled out for 174 in their second innings early on Sunday morning. The day began with Ajaz Patel and Matt Henry adding just three runs to the overnight score of 171/9 before the innings concluded.
Ravindra Jadeja showcased his exceptional bowling skills, achieving another five-wicket haul, further solidifying his impact in the match.
