PM Modi emphasizes youth empowerment at Rozgar Mela, promoting job opportunities and skills development.

New Delhi, Oct 22 – Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized the commitment of the BJP-led NDA government to empower the youth of India during his address at the 17th Rozgar Mela. He highlighted that India is the youngest nation globally, with its youth representing a significant asset for the country.

In a recorded message, Modi stated, “With this belief and confidence, we are moving forward in every field. Even our foreign policy is being shaped with the interests of India’s youth in mind. Our diplomatic engagements and global agreements are increasingly focused on youth training and employment generation.”

At the Rozgar Mela event, over 51,000 appointment letters for government positions were distributed. Modi noted that more than 11 lakh recruitment letters have been issued through Rozgar Melas nationwide.

“Empowering the youth is a priority of the BJP-led NDA government,” he reiterated. The Prime Minister also mentioned the establishment of investment partnerships with several European countries, which have resulted in the creation of thousands of new job opportunities.

Furthermore, Modi highlighted the signing of multiple agreements with countries such as Brazil, Singapore, South Korea, and Canada, aimed at boosting investment and supporting startups and MSMEs. These collaborations are expected to enhance exports and create new growth opportunities for India’s youth.

He also pointed out that the recent reduction in GST rates represents a significant reform, with effects extending beyond mere savings for individuals. “The next generation GST reforms are also expanding opportunities for employment and growth,” Modi concluded.
