New Delhi, Oct 24 – Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his condolences on the passing of advertising icon Piyush Pandey, emphasizing the cherished interactions they shared over the years.

Piyush Pandey, aged 70, is recognized as the architect of modern Indian advertising and played a pivotal role in shaping the BJP’s successful campaign during the 2014 Lok Sabha elections.

In a heartfelt message posted on X, Modi stated, “Shri Piyush Pandey Ji was admired for his creativity. He made a monumental contribution to the world of advertising and communications.” The Prime Minister conveyed his sadness over Pandey’s death and extended his thoughts to the family and admirers of the advertising legend, concluding with “Om Shanti.”
