Clinical study shows Traya’s customized regimen achieves 3x better results than leading hair growth serum.

Bangalore, Date: Traya has unveiled groundbreaking findings from a pioneering study that evaluates the effectiveness of its Hair Loss Treatment compared to Minoxidil, a widely recognized solution in hair loss management.

Conducted over a six-month period, the study involved 135 male participants aged between 18 and 45. The results highlighted a significant breakthrough in hair density, demonstrating that Traya’s Customized Hair Regimen is three times more effective than the standalone use of Minoxidil in combating Male Pattern Hair Loss. This revelation marks a significant advancement in the realm of hair loss treatments.

The research was carried out in collaboration with MS Clinical Research Pvt Ltd, an independent Clinical Research Organization based in Bangalore. The study was meticulously designed to directly compare Traya’s customized regimen with Minoxidil. Participants were categorized into three distinct groups: Group A utilized Traya’s Customized Hair Regimen, Group B applied a 5% Minoxidil Topical Solution, and Group C received a placebo (distilled water).

To ensure the highest level of reliability in measuring efficacy, the study employed advanced assessment techniques, including Trichoscan® Imaging, Comb Testing, Dermatological Evaluations, and Self-Assessments. The findings revealed that Traya’s Customized Hair Regimen (Group A) significantly outperformed Minoxidil alone (Group B), achieving a threefold reduction in hair fall. The study adhered to the guidelines set forth by the Clinical Trial Registry India (CTRI) and the Ethics Committee, providing robust insights into the efficacy of the treatments.

Traya’s Customized Hair Regimen uniquely integrates Ayurveda with dermatological practices and a tailored diet plan, targeting the specific root causes of hair loss. The regimen and serum demonstrated remarkable results, surpassing Minoxidil in key areas such as hair regrowth, hair density, reduction in hair fall, and overall hair smoothness and shine.

Saloni Anand, Co-Founder of Traya, emphasized the brand’s commitment to its customers, stating, “At Traya, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We recognize that hair loss is a deeply personal issue that can significantly affect one’s confidence and well-being. For years, doctor-prescribed Minoxidil has been viewed as the primary solution, offering only superficial relief while failing to address the underlying causes of hair loss. Our goal was to challenge the notion that 5% Minoxidil alone is sufficient by providing a more results-driven approach. We dedicated six months to this research to evaluate the efficacy of Traya’s Hair Loss Treatment against Minoxidil. The inclusion of a placebo group helped eliminate biases, and the study confirmed that Traya’s 3X approach effectively reverses genetic hair loss by addressing root causes through a combination of Ayurveda and modern science.”
