Tower 5’s success highlights strong buyer confidence at Piramal Revanta.

Mumbai, 14th May, 2025: Piramal Realty, the real estate division of the Piramal Group, has reached a significant achievement with its residential project, Piramal Revanta, located in Mulund. The development has successfully sold over 1 million square feet of residential real estate, positioning it as a standard for aspirational living in the Eastern Suburbs of Mumbai.

The recently launched Tower 5 – Raynav has garnered an impressive response, with more than 50% of its inventory sold within just a few months, highlighting strong buyer confidence and sustained demand. Notably, 15% of the units have been purchased by NRI homebuyers, further demonstrating the project’s appeal to the global Indian diaspora.

As of April 2025, the first three towers of the project have been delivered, with over 600 families receiving their new homes. This accomplishment underscores Piramal Realty’s dedication to timely construction and delivery, with Tower 4 set for handover soon.

Tower 5 – Raynav stands at 37 stories within a 3-acre private enclave, part of a larger 12-acre ecosystem at Piramal Revanta. The tower features spacious 2BHK and 3BHK + Study residences, complete with decks. The launch of Raynav has generated a gross revenue of approximately ₹350 crore, fueled by the popularity of unique offerings such as the Lumina Collection and Park Grove residences, which provide larger configurations, garden views, and private decks tailored to modern family lifestyles.

Mr. Abhijeet Maheshwari, CEO of Piramal Realty, stated, “The strategic investments we have made over the years to transform Mulund into a premium residential destination are paying dividends. Piramal Revanta has emerged as a benchmark for elevated living in this micro-market, driven by its strategic location, design-led approach, expansive biophilia, and timely delivery. We are redefining low-density living in Mulund, ensuring that our residents experience not just spacious homes, but also an abundance of greenery and recreational spaces. The overwhelming response to the launch of Tower 5 has strengthened our confidence in maintaining this momentum and this success further strengthens our resolve as we prepare to launch the last tower at Piramal Revanta.”

Piramal Revanta boasts excellent connectivity, situated at the intersection of Lal Bahadur Shastri (LBS) Marg and the upcoming Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR). Residents enjoy breathtaking views of approximately 25,000 acres of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park (SGNP), a rare offering in Mumbai’s densely populated urban landscape.

A notable highlight of the development is Club Rasa, an extravagant lifestyle and wellness clubhouse covering around 20,000 square feet, which has already been completed. A second clubhouse, spanning 10,000 square feet, is currently under construction and aims to enhance the community living experience. Piramal Revanta emphasizes urban wellness through low-density planning, over 5.5 acres of amenities, 30% green spaces, and a focus on biophilic design, addressing the need for open spaces in the city.
