Notandas Realty launches three landmark projects, expanding its presence in Mumbai’s real estate market.

Mumbai: Notandas Realty has launched two luxury residential projects in Juhu, investing INR 450 crores. The new developments, named Notan Tides and Notan DC, aim to enhance the luxury living experience in the area. Additionally, the company has introduced a high-end commercial project under the Notan Spaces portfolio, located near Grand Hyatt in Kalina, marking its second commercial launch of 2025.

Mr. Harsh Jagwani, Managing Director of Notandas Realty, emphasized the company’s commitment to redefining luxury living and next-generation workspaces. He stated, “Notandas Realty has been at the forefront of redefining luxury living experiences and next-generation workspaces. Our projects are a testament to architectural mastery and uncompromising luxury.” The residential projects, Notan Tides and Notan DC, reflect a dedication to timeless design and superior construction.

The Kalina commercial project boasts excellent connectivity to key locations such as BKC, the Western Express Highway, Mumbai Airport, and major corporate hubs, making it an attractive base for businesses. All regulatory approvals for the project have been secured, allowing for immediate construction commencement. This initiative is part of Notandas Realty’s strategic plan to launch four commercial projects between FY2025-2026, following two successful commercial rollouts in the past year.

For the residential projects, Notandas Realty has allocated approximately ₹300 crores to Notan Tides and ₹150 crores to Notan DC, funded through a combination of equity and internal accruals. Both projects have received the necessary regulatory approvals, with completion and handover expected within 30 months.

Founded in 2006 by Mr. Mahesh Notandas Jagwani, Notandas Realty Pvt. Ltd. specializes in luxury and ultra-luxury residential and commercial developments in Mumbai. Under Mr. Harsh Jagwani’s leadership, the firm has delivered over 500,000 sq. ft. of space, with an additional 1 million sq. ft. currently under development.
