Chandigarh, Oct 24 – The Haryana government has officially announced an increase in the dearness allowance (DA) and dearness relief (DR) for its employees and pensioners, raising the rate from 55 percent to 58 percent. This adjustment applies to those whose salaries and pensions are structured according to the 7th Pay Commission.
The new DA and DR rate of 58 percent will be effective from July 1, 2025, as stated in an official release. Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi confirmed that the revised rates will be reflected in the pay and pensions for the month of October. Additionally, the arrears for the months of July through September will be disbursed in November.
